30 years of joy renewed
Challenge
—
A well established city festival in strong need of a re-design of their visual identity, as it celebrates going into its 30th year running in the city of Fredrikstad.
Solution
—
A scaleable identity that works all the way from the boardroom to the operational department.
The inspiration for the design came from materials, the festival area and especially the proximity to water. The river running through the city centre is a clear part of the identity of both the city and the festival.
Strenghtening the visual presence in the festival area was also a key to lifting the profile.
Result
—
A more inspired, playful and modernized design, made for the people and guests of the city. The new design is easily recognizable in the festival's expression in all channels, from printed magazine, outdoors and clothing, to the digital use.
