The simplified meeting-
spot
Challenge
—
A new identity made for the Norwegian Directorate for Digitalisation.
The identity includes well-known subbrands as Altinn, Difi, The Authority for Universal Design of ICT, IdPorten, Digital Mailbox, and parts of the Brønnøysund Register Center.
Solution
—
Digdir's main task is to simplify. Therefore, we established the concept «the simplified meeting point.»
Furthermore, the concept supports the interaction between technology and people and the connection between the Norwegian public sector, business, and population.
The starting point for the work is the social mission as the government's spearhead in the digitalization of public Norway and the directorate's vision and values.
A large part of the project was to clean up the hierarchy of units. Structure templates and ensures consistent communication on all surfaces.
Result
—
A new logo system was developed, with clear regulations and simple templates. We established a visual toolbox with both layout, colors, animations, language, and sound.
The new identity clarified Digdir as a unified unit and apparent sender in all communication channels.
And as a financially saving part of daily communication — the identity will simplify the daily ongoing communication needs of all the 350 employees, spread over three locations in Norway.
